Order Processing Time

During high-volume periods (such as launches, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic Shipping

Nix & Mae currently ships within Australia.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Nix & Mae is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.
